Understand before building
We map the context, workflow and constraints before deciding what the technology should be.
Squirrellabs Technologies is a Zimbabwean parent company building focused products and technical capability around genuine operating needs.
We believe technology earns its place when it reduces friction, strengthens decisions or opens a useful new possibility.
Our role is to bring disciplined product thinking to software, electronics and engineering—without losing sight of the people who will live with the result.
We map the context, workflow and constraints before deciding what the technology should be.
Interfaces matter, but so do data, exceptions, hand-offs, support and what happens when things go wrong.
We separate released products from work in development and future ambition from current capability.
Direction, shared capability and venture development.
